| Maximize Christmas Trading Can we all share tips on maximizing Christmas Trading? Review last year figures and statistics Set goals for Christmas traiding 2008 -Set roster to accommodate more clients in December -Alert and negotiate with staff on extra hours during this time -Order heaps of Christmas retail packs and promote -Promote Gift vouchers as great presents -Christmas theme your salon to get customers in the mood for Christmas spending -Offer Clients deals and promotions in January (as january can be quiet due to all clients rushing in just before Christmas) -Have your Christmas party in November (gets staff bonded for the Christmas rush) -Christmas eve, have Christmas dress up theme with staff, I have found In the past this gives staff an extra lift to get them over the line! Its a fun way to end the rush, have a comp for best dressed and a prize! Will keep thinking

| I think Christmas Carols is taking things to far! But Christmas eve dress up in our salon is a blast. Would a cash prize entice you to dress up? It's really is so much fun, over the years it has been amazing the creativity the team has come up with! Clients love it Can't wait to see ozdare packs

| I'm the crazy one in the salon so clients get a kick out of what i wear on a daily basis.. always interested in what i'm doing next.. what colour shoes i'm wearing.. lol all the other girls wore christmas slogan shirts last year and i just wore red and green..
