Hey there,
I haven't had any business coaching as such, but always found that a good accountant can help steer you in the right direction.
We were (literally) floundering, and then when it came tax time we got chatting and our accountant came up with a lot of great ideas for building our business. I was really surprised, because I thought they would just be all about tax. A good one really knows their stuff, and is worth all those 'surprise' bills they send you!
There are also a lot of great websites that offer assistance. I know that our bank (ANZ) has a whole section devoted to small business and they do free seminars as well.
So often when you are running a small business you think you are doing the right thing, but you find tips and tricks to help you do it better for cheaper ... and spend less time doing it!
I'd start by taking your accountant out to lunch, and then see what they have to say.
