Newbie Manager

Hey everyone, I've just started managing a beautiful brand new salon and am loving it. Iv'e just completed my certificate 3 and have done all my training with the one salon. In just under 3 years iv'e had the opportunity to compete at some awsome comps, go to expo, do loads of photoshoots, work at fashion week, meet some of the best people and let my creativity escape. I love hairdressing and am getting more and more inspired everyday. I would love to get some feedback from other managers on how they started out, how they go about it, how you keep a healthy balance.

Yes - you are doing a great job.
Imagine you two taking a 4 week old salon to over 50% of the mother salon's turnover in it's first month.

You and Nicola are stars!

Well Done

I have heard excellent reports from existing and new clients on the professionalism shown by yourself and Nicola. It is a credit to you both. A huge step in your career but well deserved. Keep up the good work.

Keep it up and I hope I can come and visit again.
