A second salon

I am planing to open another salon, anybody got and handy points to help on opening a second salon. I also plan to follow with another 8 locations! Maby I am just crazy, has anybody had sucess with multiple outlets? franchise or partnership?

We are pumped

The new salon is Great!!!!! great space to work in, the new product shelves are beautiful! its funny working in such an open space, compared to the old salon were it is upstairs, this one is on the street with great big full length windows. its great working in natural light tho!its been a lot of hard work the place is great, it was all worth it!good work guys.

not to mention the courtyard!

The New Salon Is Great, Beautiful Layout And Fresh Design Great Space To Work In, But Im Missing The Hustle And Bustle Of The Old Salon After A Couple Of Weeks Away Im Starting To Miss It.

The new salon is really a cool place to work in.
Definitely a different vibe to the main salon. I like it ;-)
