| Most of our staff don't have sick days as they know I hit the roof and I basicaly dont talk to them for a week, one girl was taken by ambulance at midnight to the hospital with appendercitus (spelling) and spent a week there. She was so scared I was going to yell at her, that she was asking the doc to just give her some pain killers so she could come back to work. At the moment we are so busy just having done our biggest month turn over ever (Kelly Kent is so proud of us) that they wouldn't dare have a day off........did I mention we are going on Hol s on Monday (been planing all year.) | Im happy to say generally we have a culture of no sick days! But between 3 salons it is inevitable! I just have to learn to accept! What do you attribute you big month to? Retail, service new systems? Well done, have a fantastic holiday! Cheers

| I think its word of mouth advertising, we have so many new clients coming through the door its unbelievable, on tues, thurs, fri we do about 40 to 60 clients a day 85% colour, retail has also exploded, but we cant keep new staff they just dont want to work hard, or end up making so many mistakes that we have to let them go, we are beside ourselves trying to find good staff, we are just running out of options.
