Salon Managers!! Who's out there?

Let's talk salon managers... who is out there thats currently a head salon manager??

What are some major issues that you may be having in your salon, that could do with some assistance??

Yup, Im a salon owner!
Where do I start, all of the above never ending!


My biggest issue is dealing with reps! I hate being sold to!
After 4 years Im finding the best way to deal with product companies is via email!

I just do not have the time to give away in the salon, every time I see a rep it costs me $65 for the privilege! That is how much I lose in turning away a client to see a rep! That is just crazy, imagine 2 reps a week for a whole year, over $5000!
