How lucky are we in Australia to have the World's best scissor company
I visited the Ex Edges factory yesterday and - WOW!
Never before have i seen a shrine to blade craft like this. These guys are really thinking outside of the box.
Isn't it stunning that so many haircutters toil away with the same old straight balde as they've always used? I once was one of these too. A smallish pair of straight blades was once supposed to make you more Sassoon-like.
Thats actually a crazy thought. How many 1 brush painters do you know? One lense photographers? One note musicians?
Some of the blades being produced here in Victoria are just stupendous. Really, really innovative.
My only delimma is how am i going to learn all of these new tools?
After 19 years of cutting, there's still more to challenge. Thank God for that - learning is the best thing in life for me
