Talking colour brands?

Hi I was hoping to get some feedback from everyone reguarding colour brands.
I have a home salon and I currently use Schwarzkopf because I trained with Schwarzkopf and now I'm a bit chicken to try other brands but it can be a bit expensive plus I'm curious to see how other brands compare. Can you give me your opinions on the colours of your choice and your comparisons?
Thank you!

all color brands are fantastic, if you know how to use them.
Schwartskoph are very cool as are wella
redken and loreal are very warm
ecco and avada for "natural enviromental approach''
not sure about matrix or goldwell
It is exciting to try new brands, just research the web and do your reading, revert back to your basic training on color knowledge and put to use.
cheeper brands are revlon, dixon and PPS.
check all the web sites
let us know how you go!

We are a Goldwell salon, when we changed from Lakme, we spent 6 months, trialing Matrix ( stange results), L'oreal (nice), wella (good) redken ( wasn't happy with reps or follow up's)+ many more popular brands. We ended up with Goldwell and we are blown away by there true colours, coverage massive colour range (also Elumen range "high fashion colour" beautiful) the education, support, price structure, advertising, and most important "client reaction, absolutly overjoyed"

Regards
Murray

Our salon only uses Goldwell so I can't compare it to any other brand but it's wonderful.

ive only ever worked professionally with loreal, i meddled with color from priceline and hairhouse warehouse b4 i was an apprentice but loreal really is amazing after 6 months of working with it and 2 academy courses i feel really really confident with it, loreal really have revolutionised hair colour into the 21st century although i am a fan of the old odour of colour most clients aren't,just today i walked past a salon and could smell the wella fumes wafting out, loreal is pleasant to smell and at the same time its conditioning the clients hair aswell as colouring and it always provides the results

Hi ya Dynamic, what is your tube price for goldwell? And how big are the tubes and what is the mixing ratio? Have been interested in goldwell for some time and would love to know how they compair with Lorieal tube price.
Goldwell have some big accounts sighned in NSW, but not so much in VIC.
Cheers
THanks
Belle

Hi Belle
You can order small, large tubes or canisters, we have saved about $2,000 a month (2 salon's) since switching to goldwell and working out exactly what stock we need to keep, we get the large tubes at $13.85 (top chic) at 50% discount, Elumen high fashion (goldwell) has to be the best intense colour that I have seen, goldwell also distributes KMS California (this product will blow your mind)
+++++ The red carpet events they hold are Awsome!!!

NSW customer service no is 1300 135 522
ask for Billie Baily (I kid you not) phone number , tell Billy that you have been in contact with Murray & Dana of Dyenamic h&b (central coast) My wife Dana use to work in Bill Hindmarsh's salon (he is now General manager of Goldwell Aust)

Geez I'm starting to sound like a rep!!!

You won't be disapointed,..... we have joined the goldwell hairdressers MBE where you become part of a select few that get to go to confrences all over Aust and one overseas at the end of the year, netwoking, motivateing coaching, business tips get to speek one on one with the industries best.

Hope this helps you a bit Bella,

Regards

What's that per application for a tint retouch?
(say a 40g mix)
I'd like to compare it against L'Oreal & Wella.
