In my opinion it is very important to be able to do EVERYTHING and do it well.

Now, I am currently streamlining the operations of my salon, and one of the things I am looking at is that colourist colour, and cutters cut.

This is to streamline the salon operations and increase productivity and like someone said you should be better and faster if your only doing one thing.
